GearedforTrade is offering registered members the option of advertising verified services and businesses within a network consisting of GearedforTrade, FarmforAfrica and ElijahAfrica. In total this comes to thousands of like minded people.

Though ‘fathering’ is the focus of GearedforTrade, marketing and sales has naturally developed as a method to empower members. Ecommerce and websites are commonly used, but it is surprising how many smaller and one-man businesses do not have access to them for various reasons. GearedforTrade offers these facilities to all members.

Web site Database

Members are incorporated in a searchable database housed on the GearedforTrade web site.

Communication

Through the regular communication, people within the network will be encouraged to support members. This ever-growing list of recipients will provide members, exposure to thousands of households.

Member Profile

Each member is offered the opportunity to have a profile page integrated within the GearedforTrade website. The profile page is a condensed version of a website. These profile pages are part of the ‘site map’ presented to search engines, giving these pages exposure on the World Wide Web.

Forums

The Forum section gives members the opportunity to present their services and goods to other members. Apart from a specific focus of a Forum, they will also serve the purpose of cross pollination between members. This focused group will result in an extended marketing tool as members recommend each other within their own client relationships.
