MENTORSHIP FORUM

GearedForTrade is putting together a team of veteran business men and woman who are willing to participate in a fathering program offered within the relationships of GearedForTrade, FarmForAfrica and ElijahAfrica. The will be referred to as the `GearedForTrade Mentorship Forum`.

These men and woman will share their knowledge and experience with the next generation of entrepreneur. The next generation does not need to make the same mistakes if they are willing to submit to a proposed fathering process. There are many people with an idea, but they need help to structure it into do-able fragments. With the guidance of members of the forum, it will become easier for new entrepreneurs to successfully enter into the market place.
